Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS. Orders over 100$ through UPS. Rates are calculated through the UPS calculator. Please note that UPS will not ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and non-residential addresses.

Order Processing

Please note orders take approximately 3-4 business days to process and another 5-7 business days for shipping. This includes all forms of shipping. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday may not be processed until the following Monday. Orders over $100 may require a signature for package delivery.

Tracking an Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with bow ties in the subject when your order has been shipped. This email will contain a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your Aurgents online.
